Europiccola: The classic lever machine.

This machine is largely constructed of cast brass and is build to last in time. The large boiler ensures that limescale deposits have a minimal effect meaning minimum maintenance in needed.
By lifting the lever one raises the piston inside the group, allowing water under pressure to infuse the coffee in the filter holder. The lever is then lowered, causing the piston to force the water through the coffee into the cup. The user can therefore vary the speed at which the water passes through the coffee, ensuring the coffee is made exactly to his own requirements.

Since all the water is heated simultaneously 8 cups of espresso can be made continuously.
